They carefully sanded the trim, repaired the chipped corners with wood filler that actually matched the grain, and used a satin finish that makes the details stand out instead of looking plastic. What stuck with me was how they labeled and removed every door before painting so there were no hinge marks or drips, which is the kind of detail I wouldn’t have thought to ask about but absolutely notice now.
